Well, I'm finally ready to start blogging now that I have mastered the two-finger typing experience. I want to start by describing what happened to me the other morning when I was lifting weights at my gym. Someone came up to me (as often happens) and asked me if I was the guy in the pictures and I told him I was.

It occurred to me once again that I would never look and feel as good today (at almost 71 years of age) if I had not become a Cenegenics patient six and a half years ago. I have often wondered what I would look like today if I had continued to live my life without ever changing my eating habits, exercising correctly, and correcting my hormonal deficiencies. I guess I have a pretty good idea based on the people I see that are my age or younger-obese, tired, weak and frail. Actually, if the truth be known, I probably wouldn't even be here today. If I hadn't started the Body-for-LIFE program eleven years ago and followed it with the Cenegenics Program five years later there is a very high probability that I would have died from heart disease.
The combination of eating clean, the right kind of cardio and weight training, and hormonal optimization has not only saved my life but it has given me energy levels that clearly exceed what I had at age 30 along with more strength and muscle tissue than I have ever had. I am doing things today I would never have even considered twenty years ago such as working toward a black belt in taekwondo, doing Pilates to improve my flexibility, working out with my trainer four to five mornings a week and riding my exercise bike five to six times a week averaging over 100 miles a week. I attribute all of these positive changes in my life to Bill Phillips and Cenegenics.
