Three Power- Steps to Sucess

Man working out1.      Learn to think. Arnold Schwarzenegger once pointed out, "What you think is what you get." Develop mental skills and practice them diligently, consistently. Learn what works for you and what doesn't. Mental power is essential for healthy living power.

2.     Get the right training partner. It will make all the difference in the world. Find someone who is on time, positive, energized, enthusiastic, focused and encouraging. Nothing motivates me more than a dedicated, "psyched" training partner.

3.     Make change part of every workout. Muscles are either growing, getting stronger or doing the opposite. There's no such thing as maintenance. You must continually use different exercises, number of sets, rest intervals, rep speeds and intensity levels to energize workouts, stimulate muscle growth/ strength and increase your body's ability to burn fat for fuel.
