Exercise definitely plays a major role in disease prevention and anti-aging, but let's not forget the important role nutrition plays as well. One of the greatest, if not the greatest, challenges I see every day in my practice is poor food choices resulting in obesity. So many people eat themselves right into an early death.

Countless numbers of people develop diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, joint disease, and cancer as a direct result of their poor nutritional habits. These are diseases that are not only devastating because they cause premature death but also because they produce pain, suffering, and disability for both the individual and their families.

Disease prevention through nutrition is rapidly becoming a top medical priority in this country. Just think of it-by incorporating a structured nutritional method into your active lifestyle, you can have a profoundly positive impact on your health, well-being and longevity. I have studied many nutritional plans and tried some of them myself over the years and have never really found one that works for the long haul. That is, until I started the Body-for-LIFE Program.

This Program includes an amazingly simple nutrition plan to follow, and it is easy to make it a permanent part of your life. The benefits of the Program-which incorporates not only sound nutrition, but exercise and mindset techniques-are incredible. Rid your body of ugly, unhealthy fat while gaining healthy muscle tissue. And, I might add that in my own experience, my cholesterol levels plummeted and my blood sugar levels moved from the borderline diabetic range to the normal range.
