Life Lines - Issue 1

Hello and welcome to the first issue of my monthly E-newsletter, Life Lines.

Since opening my new Life Center for Healthy Aging, I can dedicate even more time to one of my passions: helping people conquer what they thought was unconquerable . . . getting fit, enjoying youthful energy and feeling better in every aspect of their lives, regardless of their age.

This Life Lines E-newsletter is part of that process.

  • Life Beat: Shift your fitness training into overdrive. Read my column about what's new in my exercise/nutrition life, challenges I'm facing and tips to help you on your health journey.
  • Life Lessons: The right nutrition and aerobic exercise are part of a healthy lifestyle, but there's more to the story. A recent study links resistance training to lowering disease risk.
  • Ask Dr. Life: Straight answers to your age management questions. Email me yours.
  • Annie's "Life" Recipes: Skip that worn-out chicken dinner you're used to making and perk up things with my wife's Lemon/Dill Chicken Breast recipe. Every month you can make eating a healthy, but delicious, event with her original, tasty recipes.
  • Strategies, Tips & More: What do you do when an injury stops you dead in your tracks? Learn about microtrauma and macrotrauma injuries plus seven injury prevention strategies.

Stay in control of your health: Read Life Lines. Take a few moments and browse this issue-or print it out for a later read.
