When it comes to living with #optimalhealth and making changes to your own lifestyle in order to reach that place, there are often some goals you need to set for yourself!

Setting goals is one of the primary steps to becoming healthy and using pertinent health information to “trump your genes”, as we say here at DrLife.com.  However, goal setting can be daunting and difficult, especially if you desire to restructure your current way of living in order to live to your fullest potential!

  7. 7. Create accountability for your progress toward your goal.
