Bullet Journal for Health – 3 important lists

Perhaps, as you journey towards #optimalhealth, there are still multiple doctors you need to visit and check in with on a routine basis.  Here is a great idea to keep track of your visits, contact information, and times of appointments.  

You can also create lists of your doctor’s contact information and pertinent issues you want to discuss at your visit.

Weight Loss and Exercise Tracker

If you’re on a journey to lose weight and maintain a healthier YOU, keeping track of your progress is not only helpful, but definitely motivating! Try a page for your weight loss goals and keep track!  You’ll be amazed at your progress. Want to keep track of your exercise routine and your favorite workouts?  Make a page for those too!
