Food Series: Lean Protein for Breakfast

Protein is an essential element of your #optimalhealth diet!  Recently, we discussed lean protein and the benefits and options to include it in your daily nutrition regimen.  Today, we want to focus on some of our favorite lean protein breakfast ideas in order to fuel the morning and stay full until lunch.  Some of these options are quick, on-the-go ideas, while some will require prep and may be best used for a slower weekend morning.  Either way, armed with this list of recipes, you should have a great variety of options for lean protein breakfasts!
