Think carefully. Aging well doesn’t just happen! It takes careful planning and observant practices over your life and health! Remember, as we’ve discussed before, #optimalhealth isn’t just about nutrition and exercise. You must factor in your mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well!
Here are a few key things to consider as you fashion your Aging Game-Plan:
Stay positive! Focus yourself on being thankful for where you are now and ground yourself in the blessings that you enjoy. Don’t stop learning along the way.
Guard your health. Keep track of things like sun exposure, sleep habits, and surrounding yourself with people you love.
Know thyself… really, keep track of things like your cholesterol and weight. It helps you to have a good baseline and keep on top of where you should be for #optimalhealth.
Move! Even if you have limited ability to do so… do what you can with what you have. Even a little goes a long way.
